| Yamba and surrounding
areas have been visited by a small group of holiday makers since the turn
of the century. The excellent rivers, lakes, National Parks, beaches and
surf breaks have made Yamba increasingly popular for surfers, fishers
and nature lovers alike. Apart from Yamba’s natural attractions,
we also have a great range of award winning cafes, restaurants and accommodation
to suit all budgets. Situated on the North Coast of NSW, Yamba is approx 20kms from the Pacific Highway roughly mid way between Coffs Harbour and Byron Bay. The township is nestled at the mouth of the Clarence River, one of the largest rivers in NSW. Our Kayaking adventures are one of the best ways to experience our exceptional waterways. As we are fringed by Yuraygir National Park to the south and Bundjalung National Park to the north there is a myriad of beautiful areas to explore. Yamba is also a naturalists paradise for bird watching and flora and fauna discovery. We are fortunate to be situated in an area where birds from the north and south stop over during their annual migration. Our tours are a fantastic way to experience bird and other wild life up close due to the quiet, unobtrusive nature of our kayaks. |
